Welcome to Botle, operated by BigMangoTreeTech LLP (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using Botle, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
Verifiable parental/guardian consent is required to add or manage details of a child under the age of 18.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

2. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

Keep login credentials confidential
Maintain accurate profile and child information
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Use of Services

Botle enables users to:

Browse and book classes offered by participating coaching centers
Manage schedules, payment details, and attendance
Track performance and progress when available

You agree not to use the Services to:

Upload illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content
Misrepresent identity or impersonate another person
Interfere with platform operations or security

4. Coaching Center Content & Responsibilities

Coaching centers are responsible for:

Accuracy of class listings, pricing, and schedules
Service delivery and quality of training
Timely updates to cancellations, unavailability, or changes

We are not liable for any disputes or service quality issues caused by centers.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via authorized payment partners. Refund policies vary based on the coaching center’s terms. We facilitate payments but do not control or guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. Photos, Media & Content Rights

Authorized coaching staff may upload class photos to track progress. By uploading media on the platform, you confirm:

You own or are authorized to upload the content
You grant us permission to store and display it within the platform

Parents/guardians may request removal of a child’s photo at any time by contacting support. Inappropriate or unlawful content may be removed.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of Botle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

What data we collect
How we use, store, and share it
Your rights under applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app features, and platform content are owned by BigMangoTreeTech LLP or licensed to us. Users must not:

Copy, modify, or distribute platform content
Reverse-engineer any part of the app or website

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted Service, but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for issues caused by coaching centers, network providers, or third-party services

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
