01The challenge

Bringing more sports to school shouldn't mean more work for your team.

Most schools already run sports well. Adding more of them usually means more people, more equipment, and more calendars to manage.

  1. Limited infrastructure

Not every school has dedicated space or equipment for every sport.

  2. Finding the right coaches

Badminton, cricket, and martial arts each need a different kind of coaching expertise.

  3. Coordination overhead

Timetables, coach availability, equipment, and student participation all need managing.

02The Botle approach

One school. One program. One point of contact.

Botle coordinates the moving parts, so your team has one partner to work with instead of a different arrangement for every sport.

  • A structured sports rotation

A planned sequence of sports suited to your students’ age and your facilities.

  • Coach sourcing and scheduling

We find coaches for each sport and line their sessions up with your timetable.

  • Equipment planning

We agree in advance what each session needs and who provides it.

  • On campus or nearby

Sessions run at school where facilities allow, or at a suitable nearby partner facility.

  • Participation tracking and review

Attendance is recorded for each session and summarised in an end-of-program review.

03The eight-week program

Eight weeks. A world of sports to discover.

Sample program

The aim is exposure and discovery—giving every student a first, well-run experience of each sport—not mastery of eight sports in eight sessions.

Running, jumping, throwing, and coordination games

  2. Week 02

    Football

Ball control, passing, and small-sided games

  3. Week 03

    Badminton

    Grip, footwork, and short rallies

  4. Week 04

    Basketball

    Dribbling, passing, and shooting basics

  5. Week 05

    Cricket

    Batting, bowling, and fielding drills

  6. Week 06

    Volleyball or throwball

    Serving, passing, and teamwork

  7. Week 07

    Martial arts fundamentals or yoga

    Balance, focus, and body control

  8. Week 08

    Multi-sport festival

Or selected additional sports, planned with your school

A sample, not a fixed schedule. The actual rotation depends on student age, school facilities, coach availability, equipment, and location, and is agreed with your school.

Plan a rotation for your school

04How it works

From school requirements to a coordinated sports program.

  1. Step 1: Understand your school

Discuss student age groups, available facilities, timetable, and objectives.

  2. Step 2: Plan the rotation

Propose suitable sports, session formats, locations, and equipment.

  3. Step 3: Coordinate delivery

Organise the relevant coaches and the session schedule.

  4. Step 4: Review participation

Share an overview of participation and discuss next steps.

05Trust and safety

A program built around students, not just schedules.

Before any session runs, we agree these safeguards with your school in writing. They are conditions of delivery—if one cannot be met for a sport or venue, that session does not go ahead.

Agreed with your school before the first session

  1. Coach screening and verification

The screening and verification steps every coach must complete are agreed with your school before they are assigned.

  2. Age-appropriate activities and supervision

Activities are planned for the age group, with agreed supervision arrangements, including the role of school staff.

  3. Consent and emergency contacts

Parent or guardian consent and emergency contact procedures are confirmed before students take part.

  4. Incident reporting and escalation

A clear process for reporting incidents and escalating concerns to the school is agreed in advance.

  5. Venue, equipment, and activity checks

Each venue, piece of equipment, and activity is checked for suitability before it is used.

06Why Botle

More variety for students. Less fragmented coordination for schools.

  • One point of contact

Multiple sports coordinated through a single Botle contact, instead of separate arrangements for each sport.

  • A network of providers

Access to Botle’s existing network of sports and fitness centers across Bengaluru.

  • Planned around your school

The program fits your facilities and timetable—not the other way around.

  • A clear structure

Participation is tracked session by session and reviewed with you at the end.

08FAQs

Questions schools ask.

Which grades can participate?

We are starting with students in Grades 4–7. If you are interested in other age groups, mention it in your enquiry and we will discuss what would be suitable.

Does our school need a full-sized playground?

No. Many sports can be adapted to a multipurpose hall or limited outdoor space. Sports that need dedicated infrastructure may be delivered at a nearby partner facility where that is practical.

Are all sessions conducted on campus?

Sessions run on campus where your facilities are suitable. Where a sport needs dedicated infrastructure, we may propose a nearby partner facility. Locations and travel arrangements are agreed with your school during planning.

Can we choose the sports?

Yes. The rotation on this page is a sample. We will propose sports based on your students, facilities, and objectives, and finalise the list with you.

How many students can participate in a session?

It depends on the sport, the space, and the number of coaches. Group sizes and coach-to-student ratios are agreed with your school during consultation.

How are coaches and student safety handled?

Coach screening, supervision, consent, emergency procedures, incident reporting, and venue and equipment checks are agreed with your school in writing before any session runs. See the safety section above for details.

How much does the program cost?

There is no fixed price yet. Cost depends on the number of student groups, sessions, sports, coaches, equipment, and venue requirements. We will share a proposal after understanding your requirements.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We expect most schools to start with a pilot—for example, one or two student groups—before deciding on anything larger. The scope is agreed during consultation.

Give students more ways to find their sport.
